2022“留·在上海”第三届全球留学人员创新创业大赛即日启动，本次大赛同时作为“海聚英才”全球创新创业大赛海外赛区，面向全球留学人员征集项目。愿更多留学人员在上海找到认同感与归属感，让上海成为越来越多留学人员的圆梦之地。
The 2022 "Make Shanghai Your Home"entrepreneurship competition for overseas talents has been launched recent- ly. This competition is also the international track of the"Gathering Global Talent in Shanghai"global entrepreneur- ship competition. It is open to projects from all over the world. We hope more and more returned overseas students could find sense of belonging in Shanghai and Shanghai also could be the place where their dreams will come true.

参赛对象， PARTICIPANTS
大赛面向全球留学人员征集创业项目，包括近期已回国(境)或意向回国(境)来沪创业的海外留学人员(包含留学期间入外籍留学人员，及从中国港澳台地区出国的留学人员)。
The competition is open to startup projects of Chinesetalent who are studying or have completed their studies abroad, including those who have recently returned to China or intend to come back, and will start new businesses in Shang hai (including students who have been naturalized as for eign citizens during their study, and students who have gone abroad from Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan).
参赛资格 ELIGIBILITY
申报人应具有国(境)外学士及以上学位
Applicants should have a bachelor's or a more advanced depree from an overseas university
申报人有近期回国创业意向或已回国创业不超过4年
Appllicants should have the intention to come back to China to start a business soon, or have been back for no mare than 4 years
申报人应为申报项目核心创始人或联合创始人，占有公司一定股份
oplicants should be core members of proiect teams,eithe founders or co-founders, and have a certain stake in the company
